About the destination:

Among all the European metropolises, London is a journey that will captivate you. From the famous red double-decker buses to the impassive guards at Buckingham Palace and the guards at Westminster Abbey, London is a vibrant spectacle of history and culture. Feel the familiar sound of the Big Ben clock, as you've heard it in stories, and enjoy every corner of this fascinating city.

Explore monuments that carry a history of almost a millennium, from Chaucer's tomb to the pub where the Mayflower captain raised his glass. Or stroll the lively streets of Piccadilly Circus, one of London's most photographed places.

But London isn't just past and tradition; it's also a contemporary destination. Discover outstanding theater performances, enjoy the diversity of international cuisine, take part in street events, catch up on the latest trends in music and fashion, experience the punk vibe. As the writer Samuel Johnson said in 1777, "When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life." - and we're here to give you an experience that will renew your energy. London awaits!

About the destination: "Plymouth is a city of Devon, England, south-west of Exeter and west-south-west of London. It is situated between the mouths of the rivers Plym to the east and Tamar to the west, where they join Plymouth Sound. Plymouth's early history extends to the Bronze Age, when a first settlement emerged at Mount Batten. This settlement continued as a trading post for the Roman Empire, until it was surpassed by the more prosperous village of Sutton, now called Plymouth. In 1620, the Pilgrim Fathers departed Plymouth for the New World and established Plymouth Colony. MAIN TOURIST ATTRACTIONS • The National Marine Aquarium is Britain's foremost aquarium and the deepest in Europe. You'll find it located near the historical Barbican area, which includes Britain's oldest bakery and the Mayflower Steps from where the Pilgrim Fathers left for the New World in 1621. • Saltram House, as seen in the beginning of 'Sense and Sensibility'. The artist Sir Joshua Reynolds's Patrons the Parker Family lived here, and the house has design elements by Robert Adams. • The Royal William Yard, once the place from which the British Navy was provisioned. the city is home to the largest naval base in western Europe, which is open to the public on Naval Days. • Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery. With a special exhibit on Darwin's Voyage of Discovery plus Natural History Galleries and collections of China and Pottery. • Plymouth Dome Perched up on the Hoe this information centre provided interactive and hands-on displays, where visitors could sail aboard the Mayflower, explore an Elizabethan Street and stand at the edge of Plymouth Sound. • Smeaton’s Tower. High on the Hoe, this landmark of Plymouth was constructed on Eddystone reef in 1759, but was taken down and moved to its current position in the early 1880s after the discovery that the sea was undermining the rock it was standing on.
